Role: Promoting the visiting and use of churches and related events. Developing and maintaining information sharing relationships with PCC Secretaries and village communicators.
Developing and maintaining the Blyth Valley Churches website and other media platforms.
BVTimes monthly magazine: compiling, writing and collating contents, proof reading.
Marketing and managing advertising.
Managing subscriptions and distributors.
The applicant must be organised, literate and numerate, with a knowledge of using word processors, spreadsheets and electronic
communication etc.
They should be inspiring and visionary, with the ability to make or escalate decisions.
An experience of marketing would be desirable.

Blyth Valley Churches
Administrator
Average 16 hours per week.
Honorary/Real living wage.
Based in Halesworth office, but may include home working.
Role:
Public point of contact for 14 churches.
Overseeing Pastoral office processes.
Clerk to Blyth Valley Parishes Joint Council - organising and minuting meetings.
Managing Safeguarding Dashboard and DBS applications.
Making collective purchases of church consumables.
Processing Faculty applications.
Maintaining the Blyth Valley Churches Directory.
The applicant must have good administrative experience and be organised, literate and numerate, with a knowledge of using word processors,
spreadsheets and electronic communication etc.
The post holder must be confident and mature and be able to work on their own initiative, managing workload and priorities.
An experience of working for a voluntary organisation would be desirable.
